A transverse position sensor is connected with an outlet rod of a transverse cylinder, a transverse cylinder servo valve is respectively connected with the transverse cylinder and an amplifier I, the transverse position sensor and the amplifier I are respectively connected with a computer, a longitudinal dragging plate is connected with the transverse cylinder and is respectively connected with a longitudinal cylinder and a longitudinal position sensor, one end of a longitudinal cylinder servo valve is connected with the longitudinal cylinder, the other end of the longitudinal cylinder servo valve is connected with an amplifier II, and the amplifier II and the longitudinal position sensor are respectively connected with the computer. The device is novel in structure and is capable of programming a processing program through digital control system software and recording the
