Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a rubber belt pulley device, which comprises a rotating shaft (1). A rubber belt pulley (2) is fixed on the rotating shaft (1). Fixed rings (3) are arranged at the two ends of the rubber belt pulley (2). At least three grooves (4) are reserved on the periphery of the rubber belt pulley (2). A threaded hole (5) is formed in the vicinity of each groove (4). An elastic rod (6) is arranged in each groove (4), and comprises a cross rod (61) and a vertical rod (62) perpendicularly connected with the cross rod (61). A ring part (63) is arranged at the bottom of each vertical rod (62). Each cross rod (61) is exposed from the corresponding groove (4). Each ring part (63) and the corresponding threaded hole (5) are fixed through a screw.
