The brush head (3) is detachably provided with a brush body (5) in sleeved mode, the tail portion of the brush body (5) is connected with a pushing device (8) which is provided with a piston (7), a factice storing cavity (6) which is formed between the piston (7) and a cavity of the brush body (5) is communicated with the small holes (1) through channels (4).
