The device comprises a MCU module, two ARINC429 protocol processing chips, two timers, a PPS processing module, and a corresponding power supply module. The MCU module is connected with the input ends of the ARINC429 protocol processing chips through the input ends of state signals, the output ends of control signals, and SPI interfaces, and is connected with the input end of a GNSS board through a serial port. The output end of the GNSS board is connected with the input end of the PPS processing module. The device has a circuit with simple structure and a circuit board with low processing cost and supports two stages adjustable rate, while achieving support to different GNSS receivers and satisfying requirement of user-established protocols through firmware update without unchanged hardware.
