The tool comprises a pulley and a fixing plate, wherein the pulley is assembled with the bottom of the casing; the fixing plate is arranged on the top of the casing; and a casing sling is connected with a flange hanging ring of the casing after passing through the fixing plate. The tool is simple in structure, and is convenient to operate; and the casing (or CT) can be prevented from being collided in a hoisting process, the operating time is shortened, and the quantity of operating personnel is reduced, and the working efficiency is increased.
