A human-shaped baffle is arranged in the bobbin-recycling box. The device enables heads and tails of bobbins to be tidily and uniformly arranged during bobbin recycling, mitigates labor intensity of bobbin-placing workers, and improves uniformity rate of the heads and the tails of the bobbins.
