Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a splash-proof device for tank mouth of an oil and water tank truck. The splash-proof device consists of a drainage tube and a tank mouth manhole cover, wherein the drainage tube is welded on the upper end of the tank mouth manhole cover; and an internal water blocking tube is welded on the lower end of the tank mouth manhole cover, and a tube wall of the internal water blocking tube is provided with a backflow hole. According to the splash-proof device, liquid in a tank body can be effectively prevented from splashing out from the tank mouth manhole cover in the conveying process of the oil and water tank truck, the splashing liquid is prevented from hurting the human body and corroding a conveying device, and an environment pollution incident is prevented.
