Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to an electric construction appliance for welding a tubular bus in construction of a transformer substation, in particular to a tubular bus welding platform with adjustable universal wheels. The tubular bus welding platform comprises a platform base, double-end screws and a platform top surface, wherein the double-end screws are longitudinally fixed at two ends of the platform base, and the two ends of the platform top surface are connected on the top ends of the double-end screws via threads. Two longitudinally arranged stop plates are respectively fixed on two ends of the platform top surface and are in threaded connection with horizontally arranged screws, grooved steel is respectively fixed on opposite ends of the two screws, two flat plates are respectively fixedly connected on rib plates of the two grooved steels, and the universal wheels are oppositely fixed on the two flat plates.
