The roll collar assembling and disassembling clamp comprises two arc-shaped clamping blocks, both ends of which are provided with installation holes. Hooks are arranged in the middle of the arc-shaped clamping blocks. The two arc-shaped clamping blocks are arranged oppositely to form a circular structure. Bolts are inserted into the installation holes. Nuts are screwed at ends of threads of the bolts. The two arc-shaped clamping blocks are connected by matching the bolts with the nuts. The two arc-shaped clamping blocks form the circular structure.
