The heat insulation composite fabric is characterized by sequentially comprising a surface layer, an upland cotton layer, an upper non-woven fabric layer, a waterproof layer, a lower non-woven fabric layer and a substrate layer from top to bottom, wherein the upper non-woven fabric layer, the waterproof layer and the lower non-woven fabric layer form a composite non-woven fabric layer, the surface layer is compounded on the upper surface of the upland cotton layer, and the substrate layer is compounded on the lower surface of the composite non-woven fabric layer. The waterproof layer is a PE (polyethylene) waterproof layer.
