The beneficial effects are that the push clamping cylinders are used to drive the movable clamping jaws to meanwhile insert into a workpiece outer circle from front and rear directions so as to make the workpiece outer circle firmly stick to a V-shaped surface of the fixed clamping jaw and reach the purpose of clamping and positioning a workpiece.
