The patrol navigation device is configured in a road patrol maintenance vehicle which is provided with a road information data memory and a display device in configured mode, and the road information data memory is connected with the display device and the portal navigation device. The information acquisition terminal comprises a literal information input module and an image information acquisition module. The road dynamic information data terminal is connected with an information acquisition device and a road information memory in communication mode.
