The automatic polishing device for the urea formaldehyde cover plate comprises a touch screen and a programmable logic controller (PLC) control module, and is characterized by further comprising a mechanical arm mechanism, a polishing mechanism, an automatic dust-removing mechanism, an automatic waxing mechanism and an automatic wheel-repairing mechanism which are all controlled by the PLC control module. The automatic polishing device for the urea formaldehyde cover plate combines four stations of automatic feeding, side face polishing, end face polishing and automatic discharging and functions including automatic wheel repairing, automatic waxing and dust removing and the like. Therefore, automatic control is achieved and operation is simple.
