Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a novel precise cycloid reducer comprising a rotating arm, a rotating arm bearing, a cycloid wheel with a boss and a sleeve, and output trays with grooves and the bosses. The cycloid wheel is meshed with teeth or pin teeth on an annular gear, and transmits motions and power by matching the boss and the sleeve on the cycloid reducer with the grooves on the output trays. The two output trays can improve rigidity and load bearing by fixing the bosses and screws as a whole. The bosses can be constituted by a short shaft or an eccentric short shaft which is embedded in the cycloid wheel, and the sleeve and the bearing can also be arranged on the bosses. Therefore, the novel precise cycloid reducer has the advantages of being high in precision, efficiency, rigidity and load bearing, long in service life, and particularly suitable for robots in heavy-duty industry.
