The wind energy compensating electric vehicle has the advantages that the structure is simple, the wind wheel mechanism and the wind energy generator are arranged inside the front portion of the electric vehicle and enable the electric vehicle to continuously charge the storage battery in the process of driving, and traveling distance of the electric vehicle is added.
