Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a first-aid bag capable of opening an automatic lighting relating to the medical instrument technology field. A cover surface and a bottom surface of a first-aid bag body (1) are respectively provided with an illuminating lamp (2) in the bag. A front end of the bottom surface of the first-aid bag body (1) is provided with a storage battery (3). An on-off control switch (4) is disposed in a hinge of a connection part between the cover surface and the bottom surface of the first-aid bag body (1). A high power LED spotlight (6) is disposed on a centre of an upper part of the cover surface of the first-aid bag body (1). The illuminating lamps (2) and the high power LED spotlight (6) are connected with the storage battery (3) by the on-off control switch (4) and a lead (3). The first-aid bag is simple in structure, and is provided with the illuminating lamps in the bag and the ultra bright spotlight used for the treatment, therefore the emergency rescue in the night can be facilitated.
