The assembly comprises a spiral tubular supporting pipe, a first end and a second end, a tightening wire, a first sealant, a second sealant and a telescopic bushing, wherein the first end and the second end are opposite, the tightening wire extends from the first end to the second end, the first sealant is close to the second end and annularly is stuck to the periphery of the supporting pipe, the second sealant annularly coats the periphery of the first sealant, a first end of the supporting pipe is inserted into the telescopic bushing, and the second sealant is coated by the edge of one end of the telescopic bushing.
