The technical scheme includes that the feed chaff cutter comprises two chaff cutter rollers and sieve plates of the chaff cutter rollers, wherein a second chaff cutter roller is arranged on the lower left portion of a first sieve plate which is arranged on the lower portion of a first chaff cutter roller, a second sieve plate is arranged on the lower portion of the second chaff cutter roller, sieve meshes of the second sieve plate are smaller than those of the first sieve plate, a grass reserving plate is arranged between the right end of the first sieve plate and the right end of the second sieve plate in an inclined mode, and the grass plate is provided with a high right end and a low left end. Compared with feed chaff cutters in prior art, the feed chaff cutter has the remarkable advantage that feed grasses cut by the feed chaff cutter are short.
