Signal teeth are arranged at the edge of the belt wheel and a mounting hole is arranged in the middle of the belt wheel. A silicone oil shock absorber is nested inside a mold cavity of the belt wheel. A tooth space and the signal teeth are thickened by means of the flow forming. The belt wheel which is made of the hot rolled pickling plate with the thickness of 4 millimeters by means of the flow forming achieves a good quality and guarantees the transmission torque of the engine.
