One end of the first pull rod is a threaded section, a hammer is sleeved on the first pull rod in hollow mode and is limited on the first pull rod through nuts and a locating pin, the other end of the first pull rod is movably connected with a second pull rod, one end of the second pull rod is provided with an axial extending section, and the diameter of the axial extending section is smaller than that of the second pull rod. The extending section is rotatably connected with the first pull rod through a cylindrical pin, and the other end of the second pull rod is axially provided with an outer thread. The steering pulling device is simple in structure, convenient to use and capable of being flexibly connected with a dismounted part which is partially blocked in a mechanism so as to dismount the part.
