The throttle valve consists of a valve body with a valve cavity, and a valve core arranged in the valve cavity, wherein an oil inlet (8) and an oil outlet (9) which are communicated with the valve cavity (10) are formed on the valve body (7); the valve core consists of a plug (3) which is fixed on the valve body (7) and seals the valve cavity (10), a valve (6) which is arranged in the valve cavity (10) and has a sleeve structure, a spring (4) arranged between the plug (3) and the valve, and an adjusting screw rod (2) which is fixed on the plug (3), stretches into the valve cavity (10) and is matched with the valve (6); and an oil hole (5) communicated with the valve cavity (10) is formed in the valve (6).
