The electric dust collector has the advantages that a high-temperature steam chamber is formed inside the supporting insulator, accordingly, flue gas is stopped from directly contacting with the inner wall of the supporting insulator, the problem of short circuit of an internal electric field is solved, and normal and reliable operation of the electric dust collector is guaranteed.
