The device comprises two single battery micro-fluid channel layers which are located at two sides of a bipolar layer and connected in series with the bipolar layer, wherein the first single battery micro-fluid channel layer consists of a first anode electrolyte flow layer and a first cathode electrolyte flow layer. The second single battery micro-fluid channel layer consists of a second anode electrolyte flow layer and a second cathode electrolyte flow layer.
