Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a down lamp with high heat radiation and light utilization efficiency, which comprises a mounting surface ring, wherein a transparent panel and a lamp cover are sequentially arranged in the mounting surface ring, a heat radiating device is arranged on the lamp cover, and mutually matched fastening threads are respectively arranged on the edge of the lamp cover and the contact part between the inside of the mounting surface ring and the lamp cover. Due to the design of the fastening threads, the down lamp is installed more stably; meanwhile the contact area between the lamp panel and the mounting surface ring is increased due to the fastening threads, so that heat generated by the lamp panel can be effectively radiated through the mounting surface ring, and a lamp light source works more stably; and in addition, due to the design of the lamp cup, all light rays which can not shoot at right angles are guided and reflected to the transparent panel through the lamp cup, and thus the li
