Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides an air-to-air intercooler for a diesel engine, which comprises a water tank, a cooling fan and a wind guide cover, wherein the wind guide cover is arranged on the top of the water tank; the cooling fan is positioned at the upper part of the wind guide cover; a cavity which is separately isolated is arranged in an inner cavity of the water tank at the part far away from the wind guide cover; a plurality of flat pipes are arranged at the outer side of the water tank; and the water tank is connected with a water inlet and a water outlet of the diesel engine as well as an air inlet and an air outlet of a diesel engine supercharger by steel pipes. The air-to-air intercooler is good in cooling effect for the diesel engine, and the cooling capacity provided by the air-to-air intercooler is more than that needed by the diesel engine.
