Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a control rod guide cylinder installation tool for a nuclear power plant, which comprises a tightening member, wherein the tightening member is an adapter with a long rod, the total length of the tightening member is more than the length of a guide cylinder at the upper part, and at least one end of the long rod is provided with a bolt head matched with the end part of a bolt to be screwed on a guide cylinder flange. Compared with the prior art, the control rod guide cylinder installation tool has the advantage that a force applying operation plane of the bolt to be screwed is translated to the top of the guide cylinder at the upper part through the tightening member, so that the tightening action is not influenced by an operation space, and a tightening torque is conveniently measured.
