The filter is connected with an air inlet end of the air pump through a pipeline, an air outlet end of the air pump is connected with an air inlet end of a cooling device through a pipeline, an air outlet end of the cooling device is connected with the solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve is connected with an air inlet of the air sac through a pipeline. The cooling device comprises a fan and radiating fins, the radiating fins are of hollow structures, and air flows through the hollow portions of the radiating fins so as to achieve the cooling effect.
