The heating container is hemispheric, and the steam cavity is hemispheric and is covered on an outer wall of the heating container. The heating container is provided with a left support arm and a right support arm, the support is supported by the left support arm and the right support arm of the heating container, an external thread nut is sleeved on one of the left support arm and the right support arm, the support is provided with a screw to be in toothing with the external thread nut, and the screw is provided with a hand wheel for operation. Hand wheel driving devices are arranged on the support and the heating container so as to facilitate trans
