The swinging screen swings back and forth for laying the fiber on a second conveying chain. The swinging screen moves through separated uniform deceleration in a repeated swinging process. Then the fiber enters a high-temperature baking oven for shaping. After shaping, the fiber is cut to designed square dimensions for becoming spiral wave-shaped finished product. The fiber wadding of the spiral wave-shaped cellucotton has the following advantages: high elasticity and high heat insulation effect. Through examination, the weight of each square meter of fiber wadding is only 400-600g, and the natural thickness of the fiber wadding is 6-10cm. The weight of each cubic meter of the fiber wadding at a natural state is 5kg-10kg.
