Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a heat dissipating device including a plurality of heating dissipating fins connected adjacently, a heat tube and a cover plate. Each of the heat dissipating fins is provided with at least two fixed projection sheets on the top face of the heat dissipating fins, and a bearing part between the fixed projection sheets. An accommodation space is defined by the bearing part and the fixed projection sheets. A part of the heat tube is disposed in the accommodation space. The cover plate is provided with a plurality of through holes corresponding to the fixed projection sheets. The fixed projection sheets go through the through holes and are fixed on the cover plate.
