The luminescent device display includes a substrate loaded by a luminescent device packaging body array, wherein each luminescent device packaging body includes a plastic housing and a linearly aligned LED, and an electrically connected drive circuit, with which the array is selectively powered to generate a visual image on the display. The luminescent device display can be used indoor and/or outdoor for enhancing color fidelity, heat radiation performance, current control capability and packaging assembly rigidity.
