Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a screw rod made of a carbon/carbon compound material. A screw rod main body is an integrate punched felt which is formed by alternately stacking short carbon fiber nets and thin carbon fiber weaved textiles. A layer of short carbon fiber nets is covered on the surface of the screw rod main body; the short carbon fiber nets are processed by punching the surface of an interweaved layer of the short carbon fiber nets and the thin carbon fiber weaved textiles; and meanwhile, the screw rod main body is densified in a chemical vapor deposition furnace in order to ensure the intensity, and a layer of carbon or silicon carbide coating is coated on the surface of the screw rod. The screw rod provided by the utility model has the advantages of good appearance, high intensity, small thermal expansion coefficient, precise threads and little possibility of causing a thread breaking condition.
