Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a slide rail for a vehicle seat. The slide rail comprises a shell and an inner core arranged in the shell in a sliding way, wherein an unlocking mechanism is arranged between the shell and the inner core; the unlocking mechanism comprises an unlocking rod with a lock tooth mouth; the two inner side faces of the shell are provided with lock teeth which can be embedded into or separated from the lock tooth mouth respectively; and the unlocking mechanism is elastically connected with the inner core through a spring. The slide rail can be used for realizing unlocking in a short range, has a simple structure, high strength and small swing gaps, and is flexible for operating.
