Zusammenfassung:	A condensing type steam boiler energy-saving heating device belongs to the field of heating devices and is composed of a boiler body, an energy saving device, a condenser, a combined type thermal insulation water tank and a programmable logic controller (PLC) control system. The combined type thermal insulation water tank is formed by a cold water side and a warm water side, and the condenser is respectively connected with the cold water side and the hot water side of the combined type thermal insulation water tank. The energy saving device is respectively connected with the hot water side of the combined type thermal insulation water tank and a drum. The PLC control system is simultaneously connected with a burner, the cold water side and the hot water side of the combined type thermal insulation water tank, a frequency conversion control water supplying system, a water replenishing solenoid valve, a circulating water pump and a boil tail oxygen content sensor.
