Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a tetrahydrofuran recycling and drying device which comprises a distilling kettle, a distilling tower, and a condenser, a distilling tower, a heated oil conduit, a receiving storage tank, a drying column and a solvent storage tank that are arranged above the tower. The device can recycle tetrahydrofuran with water content of 50%, and the recovery rate reaches 99.9%. The water content of THF (tetrahydrofuran) treated by the drying column is reduced from 1/100 to 0.1/1000 so that the tetrahydrofuran can completely replace imported similar products. Compared with prior art, the utility model has the advantages that the tetrahydrofuran recycling and drying device has smooth flow, simple structure, good operability, high recovery rate and huge benefit, recycles products and leads the THF consumed for producing a ton of tetraethyl lead to be reduced from previous 4 tons to 40kg. |
