Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a loudspeaker module and electronic equipment thereof. The loudspeaker module is installed on an electronic device, and comprises a holding shell, a loudspeaker device, an antenna, at least one voice frequency transmission component and at least one aerial signal transmission component, wherein the holding shell is provided with at least one open pore; the loudspeaker device is arranged in the holding shell and outputs sound through the open pore; the antenna is integrally shaped with the holding shell along the structure profile of the holding shell; the at least one voice frequency transmission component is electrically connected with the loudspeaker device and is used for electrically connecting the electronic device so as to build voice frequency transmission between the loudspeaker device and the electronic device; and the at least one aerial signal transmission component is electrically connected with the antenna and is used for electrically connecting the electronic device
