A heat recovery type rotating-wheel dehumidifying unit without regenerative exhaust air comprises an air feeder, a preprocessing section, the moisture absorption area of a rotating wheel, a post-processing section, a regenerating electric heater, the regeneration area of the rotating wheel, a regenerating fan, an electrical control device and a recovery channel, wherein one end of the recovery channel is connected to a regenerative exhaust air discharge outlet, while the other end thereof is communicated with the inlet of the air feeder; and an air heat exchanger is arranged in the recovery channel.
