The device is characterized in that a circular ball seat (3) is formed at the front end of a casing (1); a sample connection (5) is connected with the side surface of the middle of the casing (1); a movable rod (2) is connected with the inner part of the casing (1) in a threaded way; and a circular ball head (4) matched with the circular ball seat (3) is formed at the front end of the movable rod (2). The device has the characteristics of freeze prevention, and convenience and safety in sampling.
