Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a vertical furnace test ball disc, which adopts the technical scheme as follows: the vertical furnace test ball disc comprises a disc surface (1), a speed reducer (3), an upper rack (4), a lower rack (5), a disc surface angle regulating device (6) and a scraper (7), wherein the upper rack and the lower rack are movably connected, the disc surface angle regulating device (6) is arranged on the upper rack and the lower rack, the speed reducer is fixed on the upper rack, the disc surface is connected with an output shaft of the speed reducer, and the scraper (7) is arranged in the disc surface. Bottom material is added into the test ball disc, after a green ball is formed, mixed material is further added for pelletizing, the drop strength and the compressive strength of the produced green ball are determined, and the mixture ratio of raw materials is adjusted correspondingly according to the determination results till the green ball which meets the production requirements is produced
