Two adjusting shafts capable of carrying out axial reciprocating motion are arranged at the upper part of a support frame; one end of each adjusting shaft is connected with a ratchet pushing mechanism; a splint is fixedly arranged between two adjacent corresponding magnetic rings on each adjusting shaft; a base is arranged between every two splints and is sleeved on a sliding shaft fixedly connected with the support frame, and the lower end of the base is fixedly connected with a scraper seat; and a scraper is single-sided and is arranged in the scraper seat. The scraper of the tailing recycling machine provided with the discharge device has long service life and is not required to be manually adjusted within the whole use period.
