A partition plate which separates a cavity of the box body into a waste gas sub-cavity and a fresh air sub-cavity is sleeved on the heat pipe. A high temperature waste gas inlet and a low temperature waste gas outlet are arranged in the waste gas sub-cavity, a low temperature fresh air inlet and a high temperature fresh air outlet are arranged in the fresh air sub-cavity, an evaporation section of the heat pipe is located in the waste gas sub-cavity, and a condensation section of the heat pipe is located in the fresh air sub-cavity.
