A fixing rack is arranged on the outer side of the conveying belt and connected with the framework, a transmission shaft is disposed in the middle of the conveying belt, the three drum brushes are arranged above the conveying belt, supporting arms are arranged among the drum brushes and the conveying belt and fixed on the fixing rack via hexagon socket countersunk head nuts, the other end of each supporting arm is connected with the conveying belt, upper and lower adjusting devices are disposed at drums of the three drum brushes, and a hopper is arranged at the top of the conveying belt.
