Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a portable physiotherapeutic device which comprises a medicated cushion and a fixing mechanism, wherein the medicated cushion comprises a heating wire, a medicated fabric layer and a jacket; the jacket encloses the heating wire and the medicated fabric layer; and a connecting wire that is connected with the heating wire passes through the jacket and electrically connected with an external power source. The portable physiotherapeutic device has a simple structure and a good use effect and can be used in daily life. The medicaments in the medicated fabric layer are selected according to the needs for disease treatment. Besides, the structure of the fixing mechanism can be changed to fit the area where the device is fixed, for example, the tying straps are lengthened and the area of the fixing sleeve is increased and the like. The device is very convenient to carry and use.
