Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses an ultrafine wire wound inductor comprising a magnetic core, a lead and a pin, wherein the pin is fixed to one end face of the magnetic core; the lead is wound around the main body of the magnetic core; the leading-out wire of the lead is wound around the pin; the end face of the magnetic core where the pin is fixed is covered with a cladding body formed by binding and solidifying an adhesive material; and the cladding body covers the leading-out wire and the tail end of the pin. The ultrafine wire wound inductor employs appropriate glue water which naturally flows on the end face of the magnetic core until completely covering outgoing and retracted leading-out wire and the tail end of the lead, thereby well protecting the outgoing and retracted wire; after the protection of outgoing and wire retracting and glue application is carried out, the coil is free of open circuit; therefore, the reject ratio of products is greatly reduced, and the cost is saved.
