Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a novel electric saw which is characterized in that a laser diode is mounted at the top of a handle of the electric saw, wherein, the handle of the electric saw is connected with the laser diode through a distance-adjustable clamping buckle; a laser width light trapping opening is formed at the front end of the laser diode; a direction adjusting screw is mounted behind the laser diode; and a battery box is connected with the laser diode. Before wood materials are cut, the emission direction of laser beams passing through the laser width light trapping opening is enabled to be consistent with the direction of a saw blade through adjusting the laser direction adjusting screw, and then the wood materials can be cut and processed along the laser beams.
