The manual sliding door device also improves flexibility of symmetrical operation of the left door leaf and the right door leaf and reduces noise caused by opening and closing of the door leaves. The manual sliding door device comprises the left door leaf and the right door leaf arranged between vehicle body sandwich layers on two sides and a door sill. A group of symmetrical bearing mechanisms with sliding tracks are arranged at the bottom of the left door leaf and the bottom of the right door leaf respectively.
