Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a constant temperature spinneret plate, which comprises a spinneret plate as a base plate and is characterized in that the base plate is sprayed with an insulation layer, and the insulation layer is in turn sprayed with a conductive heating layer and a protection membrane, then electrodes are led out from the conductive heating layer for electrification. The spinneret plate produces heat by using a conductive membrane with a certain resistance in electrified state to directly heat the metals around the spinneret holes so as to increase and maintain temperature of the spinneret plate on the basis of basic temperature of the spinneret plate.
