Zusammenfassung:	An anti-pinning rescue appliance is composed of an ejector plate, thread inserts, upper threaded ejector bars, lower threaded ejector bars, seat pins, seats and a seat plate, and provided with a handle, wherein the upper end of each upper threaded ejector bar is hinged with the ejector plate, the lower end of each upper threaded ejector bar is screwed into the thread inserts, the lower end of each lower threaded ejector bar is hinged with the seat plate, and the upper end of each lower threaded ejector bar is screwed into the thread inserts. When a person's body in danger is pinned or trapped by an object, the anti-pinning rescue appliance can be used to prop, hold or support the object in pinning to save the person out of danger or relieve injury of the person so as to gain more time of waiting rescue.
