A sizing sleeve for the outer diameter of a steel wire mesh framework plastic composite pipe comprises a sizing sleeve shell, a sizing sleeve core, a connecting flange and the like in an assembled manner, wherein the sizing sleeve core is arranged in the sizing sleeve shell, and the connecting flange is arranged at one end of the sizing sleeve shell. The sizing sleeve core is provided with a water inlet tank, sealing tanks, vacuumizing holes and cooling runners, wherein the water inlet tank is communicated with the cooling runners, and a chamfering R surface for the pipe entering the sizing sleeve is arranged at one inner end of the sizing sleeve core. The sizing sleeve shell is provided with a water inlet and a vacuumizing opening, wherein the water inlet is correspondingly communicated with the water inlet tank on the sizing sleeve core.
