Orthopedic drilling guide device

An orthopedic drilling guide device comprises a tap (2) fitted with a bone screw, a fixed sleeve (3) matched with the tap (2) in diameter is sleeved outside the tap (2), and two to five fixed legs (4) are further disposed at the lower end of the fixed sleeve (3).
